Jonathan Copeland was a great grandson of Mayflower passengers John Alden and Priscilla (Mullins) Alden. His tombstone reads "In Memory of Mr. Jonathan Copeland who died Seper ye 11th AD 1790 in ye 90th year of his age. He was the progenitor of 12 children 85 grandchildren 72 great grandchildren and 6 of the 5th generation. In all 175, 144 of which are still living."

I am a 10th generation descendent, I can't even imagine how many of us there are now...
