The 1860 census listed Samuel Austin as age 37, Mariah age 30, Sarah age 4, Malinda age 3, Mary age 2 and Adaline age 8/12. Apparently this is correct but no other information can be found and no one living could verify this. The 1870 census does not list Adaline and it is assumed that she died at a very early age. The 1910 Census records Samuel age 86 and the father of 16 children. Adaline would have been counted to make the number 16. All records have been lost but Adaline is listed as an official child of Samuel Austin - Taken from the book Samuel Austin Family Genealogy by Nora Austin Greene published 1991.

THERE IS NO PROOF THAT ADALINE IS BURIED IN THIS CEMETERY BUT SEVERAL FAMILY MEMBERS ARE BURIED HERE.
