Vital and other information from the following newspaper death notice:

Death of Mrs. L. C. Barbee

Mrs. Louisa C. Barbee died Tuesday night, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John S. Welborn, on Washington Street. Death was due to heart disease, she being ill with heart trouble for over two years.

Deceased was the daughter of Allen and Nellie Frazier, and the wife of the late William G. Barbee. She was born at Trinity, North Carolina, December 5, 1840, being 73 years of age at the time of her death. She is survived by seven children, six sons and one daughter.

Deceased was a good Christian woman, and lived a long life of usefulness, and her many friends will mourn to hear of her death.

The funeral services will be this afternoon, at 4 o'clock, at Washington Street M. E. Church.
