C. C. Johnson, age 83, died at his residence on the Eulaton Road at 8:30 o'clock Monday afternoon of pneumonia. . Funeral arrangements are being completed today by Jones Funeral Home.. The services will be held at Mount Zion Church, the time to be announced later.
Pallbearers will be Shell Carroll, Joe Quick, C. B. Parks, Walter Bryant, L G Crow and A. M. Huckeba; Surviving are four sons, C. L, Ira and Edgar of Anniston and J. D. Johnson of Monrovia, Cal.; three daughters, Mrs. C. R. Payne, Glencoe; Mrs. Robert Mitchell, Talladega, and Mrs. Mable Lindsey, Monrovia; two brothers, W. R. Johnson, Atlanta, and J. P., Anniston, and a sister, Mrs. Temple Fuller, Anniston.
