Margaret Howes, daughter of Abraham Howes of Newberry, county of Burkes, England, was the wife of Nicholas Goldsborough who immigrated from England via Barbados in 1669 and New England and then to Kent Co., Maryland. Margaret married Nicholas Goldsborough 1659 at Blandford in the county of Dorset, England. She immigrated to America about 1670 and following the death of Nicholas, married George Robbins. It is believed that Margaret was buried at "Peach Blossom," Talbot County, Maryland, but this is not confirmed.
