Hattie married George Smith Price on August 16, 1914 in Clifton, Bosque County, Texas. Hattie and George had two children, Robert Earl and Virgie Lee.
Hattie was very well educated and she taught school for many years. I remember very well the times we spent together helping me with my homework and school projects. Hattie loved to sew and make blankets, again I recall her loom's spread out over chairs and beds.
