Michael Wayne Kramer, age 55, of Brainerd, died Thursday, Nov. 20, 2003, at Aw-Gwah-Ching State Hospital in Walker. Michael was born on Oct. 25, 1948, in Brainerd to Lloyd M. and Pauline (Phillips) Kramer. He graduated from the Minneapolis School of Art in 1970.
Survivors include a son, Aaron Reed Kramer of Brainerd; two brothers, Kenneth (Rose) Kramer of Brainerd, and Jeff (Terri) Kramer of Brainerd; and three sisters, Roberta (Verne) Wells of Brainerd, Ann (Bill) Buttweiler of Lakeville, and Lori (Rob) Erickson of Lakeville.
His parents and brother, Ronald, died earlier.
Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2003, at the Nelson-Koran Funeral Home in Brainerd with Deacon Roger Marks officiating. Burial will be in Fort Ripley Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Sunday at Nelson-0Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd and the hour before services on Monday.
