Ms. Belcher was born in Bellwood, AL on January 18, 1914, to Aubrey J. and Mary L. Marsh Belcher. A homemaker, she was of the Baptist faith. She had lived in the community for many years.
Graveside services were held at Evergreen Cemetery. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery.
