However, there is no "New Franklin" family cemetery, so this is the most logical family cemetery.

1) There is a DEED OF PARTITION that does name a Charles, and a David, for getting a portion of his land.................

Suggested edit: Hi Carol, there are 2 errors on the sibling bio for Noah Lee that I feel important to correct for future Lee researchers, can you help with this?? #2 Charles Lee married to Nicey Haynes is NOT a brother to Noah/& NOT a son of Richard & Elizabeth. This is an ongoing error in several web sites for the past years. Charles may be a nephew to Richard but certainly not his son. Also this David Lee [1789-1875] was never married to Ann Gilmore so Ann's name should be removed from his record [her spouse David Lee 1805-1876 was born and died in Pulaski Co KY] memorial #13018515.
