WEATHERSFIELD — Stanley Bacon, 81, died Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2005, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 19, 1924, in Cortland, a son of Roy C. and Minnie Lawrence Bacon.
Mr. Bacon retired from Brainard Strapping and was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Girard.
Survivors include his wife, Elfreda Meuser Bacon; three daughters, Nancy Strattan of Gainsville, Fla., Phyllis Rente of Hubbard, Susan Rentz of Hubbard; one son, Douglas of Niles; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Service was held Saturday at Trinity Lutheran
Church Burial is at Tod Homestead Cemetery.
Arrangements were handled by Blackstone Funeral Home.
