Audrey Murriel Burns Maples, age 95, of Maryville passed away December 29, 2015, at Kindred Health Care.

She was a member of First Christian Church of Maryville.

She was preceded in death by husband, Clayton Eugene Maples, son, Royce Alan Maples, parents, Charlie and Mary Burns, and seven brothers, Chester, Odell, Clifford, Wayne, Joe, Ray, John Burns, infant brother and sister, Charles Luther and Roxey Alice Burns.

She is survived by sons, Clayton Leon Maples and wife Linda of Georgia, Joe D. Maples and wife Sheila of Walland, sisters-in-law, Esther, Beatrice (Bea), Marie, and Beulah Burns, special niece, Bonnell Cooper, four grandchildren, Patricia, Richard, Marcus of Georgia, and Beth of Knoxville, and six great grandchildren, Katie, Aaron, Avery, Cameron, Sydnie, Jacob all of Georgia.

The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 2, at McCammon - Ammons-Click Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. in McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Harold Ray, Minister officiating. Burial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at West Miller's Cove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's or a charity of your choice.
