Miss Fannie Shirley, age about forty-eight years, died at the home of her father, L.B. Shirley, in Oneonta Sunday. Miss Shirley, who was a member of the Baptist Church, was a victim of cancer and had been in ill health for a number of years. Besides her father, the deceased is survived by four brothers, John, Pline, W.F. and G. T. Shirley; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Wells, of Birmingham. Funeral services were conducted at Antioch Tuesday by Rev. L.T. Fendley, assisted by Rev. B.F. Dykes and Rev. Nate Penland. Wade, of Cleveland in charge.
