His funeral service will be held Monday, December 7, 2015, in the St. John's Parish Church, 3673 Maybank Highway, at 1:00 p.m. Interment, Churchyard. Arrangements by J. Isaac was born September 7, 1925 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Isaac Harold Grimball, Sr. and the late Lillian Legare Grimball. He was a graduate of St. John's High School, attended Clemson University, and was a former inspector for the Polaris Missile Facility. Isaac loved the Lord and his church and was a member of St. John's Parish Church, where he was a former Vestry Member. He was patriot, loved his country, and was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Army. Isaac was a Past Master of Fidelity Lodge #304, A.F.M., a 32nd degree Mason of the Scottish Rite, Past District Deputy Grand Master of the Second Masonic District, and a Past Grand Representative to the State of Victoria.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Weddle Grimball of Johns Island; two sons, Isaac H. Grimball, III (Elinor Lee), and David O. Grimball (Belinda Patricia), both of Johns Island, SC; granddaughter, Ashlee Melissa Grimball; two grandsons, Isaac James Grimball, and Kevin David Grimball; two great-granddaughters, JaLeigh Delilah, and Lillee Ann; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Legare Grimball.
