Sylvia A. Antaya, 64, of 161 Center St., a stitcher for American Tourister until retiring two years ago due to illness, died yesterday at Woonsocket Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph P. Antaya.
Born in Worcester, she was a daughter of Edith (Boonhower) Macomber, and the late Walter I. Macomber.
Besides her mother she leaves a daughter, Mrs. J. Patricia Hammond of Woonsocket; a brother, Joseph I. Macomber of Warwick, and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from the Lauzon Funeral Home, 85 Rathbun St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at Sacred Heart Church, Second Avenue. Burial will be in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham.
