Eleazer was the Son of Eleazer Asay and Harriet Hatch. Married to Flossie Myrtle Wortham on June 2, 1916 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Owned and operated flour and feed store in Provo. Retired in 1953. Owned ice delivery buisness in Lovell Wyoming. Operated alfalfa seed farm in Abraham. Active Member LDS Church. Served on Sharon Stake High Council and served as Stake Patriarch. Beloved Father of Six Children. Eleazer had 18 siblings. He resided at 1103 South Carterville Road in Orem.
Funeral Services were held on Thursday March 25, 1982 at 11:00 A.M. in the Sharon Stake Center, 600 South 800 East in Orem. A Viewing was held on Wednesday night at the Berg Mortuary, 185 East Center Street in Provo from 6-8 P.M. and One Hour Prior To Services. Graveside Services followed where he was buried in the Orem City Cemetery next to his two Sons LeVan (Died in 1976) and David (Killed in World War II in 1945).
Flossie died on January 6, 1987.
