Bailee Rose Gomez, age 13, of Rigby, passed away at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center Tuesday, November 3, 2015.
Bailee was born June 6, 2002 in Rexburg, Idaho to Robert and Tammy Gomez. She grew up in Rigby, where she attended Rigby Middle School. She enjoyed reading books, listening to music, going to concerts with her mother, riding dirt bikes with her brother and family, and hanging out with her friends. Bailee was a great kid known for always being happy.
Bailee Is survived by her parents, one sister, Randi (Kasey) Radford, five brothers, Travis Sorenson, Brad (Jessica) Gomez, Tristin (Jordan) Sorenson, Bryon Gomez, and Brandon Gomez, grandmothers; Diane Christensen, Carol Marshal, Great Grandmother Christine Fode and grandparents, Ray and Gloria Nick, nephews: Tucker Radford, Kyzer Sorenson, uncles: Todd Sorenson, Darrin Johnson, Steve Bodak, Rick Gomez and Louie Gomez, aunt: Rose Zundel, cousins: Kamilla Zundel, Steven Zundel, Melissa Johnson, Brittany Johnson, Robby Johnson, Marianna Bodak.
She was preceded in death by three grandpas, Scott Christensen, Joe Gomez, Stephen David Bodak, and great-grandma and great-grandpa Bodak, great grandpa Fode and great grandparents Pete and Velma Brady.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the LaBelle 2nd Ward LDS Chapel with Bishop Lee Gardner officiating. The family will visit with friends at Eckersell Memorial Chapel, 101 West Main, Rigby, Monday, November 9, 2015, from 7:00-8:30 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Ririe-Shelton Cemetery.
