Ardith I. Cheuvront, 80, passed away on November 1, 2015 at Colonial Manor Nursing Home in Danville.
She was born in Tilton to her parents, Jonah and Minnie Alcorn on December 29, 1934. She was a lifelong resident of Tilton, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Elmer and Lonnie Alcorn.
She was a graduate of Danville High School. Ardith enjoyed spending time with her family, flowers and playing bingo almost daily.
A celebration of Ardith’s life will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home with Pastor Kevin Cox officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00 AM prior to the service. Ardith will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Catlin.
