Heath Brandon Billinger, 22, WaKeeney, died March 28, 2006, at Grisell Memorial Hospital, Ransom. He was killed as a result of injuries while working on a drilling rig near Utica. He was born Jan. 10, 1984, in WaKeeney to Timothy and Cathy (Bourne) Billinger.
He was a 2002 graduate of Trego Community High School, WaKeeney, and a graduate of Northwest Kansas Technical College, Goodland.
He was in the U.S. Army Reserve.
He was employed as a rig hand with WW Drilling LLC.
