Turkish Actor. Kirca was a prominent actor who appeared on both the stage and in film. He started acting on the stage at Ankara State Theater in 1964 and appeared in many plays throughout his career. Kirca later appeared in various films such as "Son" (2002), "Ne Olacak Simdi" (1979) and "Mavi Muammer 2: Silahtan ödüm patlar" (1985). He was also a columnist for the newspaper Aydınlık and politician of the left-wing Patriotic Party. Kirca was designated the title State Artist by the Ministry of Culture in 1998, but it was withdrawn in 2015.
