M., Chicago, Ill.; past president, North Western lodge, Local No. 424, Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, Chicago, Ill.; past president, C. & N. W.-Ry, Square club, Chicago, Ill,; past president, Knights and Ladies of Honor, Chicago, Ill,; past president [fraternal order], North American Union, Chicago, Ill. It being the request of the above deceased and not wishing to cause any relatives and friends undue inconvenience of expense, there shall be no funeral services or ceremonies of any description held, no one shall be permitted to view the remains except as is necessary to furnish satisfactory proof of death, and immediately after being embalmed, conveyed to a crematory and there cremated, ashes to be interred in Mount Emblem cemetery, Elmherst, Ill.
