Jane Bowen Hardin was the wife of famous western outlaw John Wesley Hardin, and the daughter of Neill Bowen.
The cemetery is located off Mound Creek Road. Location: From Victoria take Highway 72 to Yortown, then go right on 119 to Mound Creek Rd. That angles off to the right. It is about 5 to 6 miles from the turn off. It is on private land probably about 1/2 mile off of Mound Creek Rd. This land lies right on the county lines from Karnes & Gonzales.
