Shelburn, Ind., Oct. 10. -- Eli D. Akers, 70 years old, of Shelburn, died at 6 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Sullivan Hospital. Surviving are two sons, Harold, of Indianapolis, and Jois, of Detroit; two daughters, Mrs. Sam Graves, of Shelburn, and Mrs. Lester Baker, of R. 2, Sullivan, and twelve grandchildren. The body was taken to the McHugh Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Palmer's Prairie church. Burial will be in an adjoining cemetery.
