Mary Evelyn Barwick WILLISTON, SC - Funeral services for Mary Evelyn Miller Barwick, 71, of Williston, SC will be held eleven a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2015 in the Folk Funeral Home Chapel, Williston, SC with burial in the Williston Cemetery. The family will receive friends from six to eight p.m., Friday at the funeral home. Evelyn passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015. Born in Aiken County, SC she was a daughter of the late James Brooks Miller and Laura Osceola Walker Miller and was married to the late Earl B. "Bones" Barwick, Sr. Evelyn was a member of Heights Church, retired from Sara Lee Company and worked in the grocery department at Wal-Mart. Evelyn loved to play Bingo, spending time with her family, loved fishing with her sister in Tignall, GA and dinner dates with her other sister and sister-in-law, Pat Miller. Survivors include daughters, Theresa "Tammy" B. (Keith) Rhoden of Williston, SC, Deborah B. (Jerry) Watt of Bostic, NC; sons, Earl B. "Bubba" (Pam) Barwick, Jr. of Warrenville, SC, Michael S. Barwick of Graniteville, SC; sisters, Shirley (Cecil) Asbell, Salley (Jimmy) Bolen, Jean Wells (Sonny Parker); brothers, Wayne "Bug" Miller; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; sister-of-her-heart, Veronica Snipes; son-of-her-heart, Michael Turner and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jackie Spires and a brother, James Angus Miller. Folk Funeral Home, Inc. and Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
