Frank Amber
Funeral services for Frank Amber, who died at the Homer Folks Hospital in Oneonta on Thursday of last week after a long illness, were held at the Tillapaugh Funeral home here Monday morning, with Rev. Philip Pitcher of the Methodist Church having charge of the service. Burial will be later in the Milford Cemetery.
Mr. Amber was born in the town of Middlefield October 15, 1898, a son of George and Oyra Hokum Amber. He hada lived most of his life in Cooperstown and Milford.
He is survived by his mother, and by four brothers, John, Warren, William and Raymond and by two sisters, MRs. Charles New man and Mrs. Dorothy Conklin.
