Mary Stephenson CHESTER - Mrs. Mary Lucretia Austin Stephenson, 78, died Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at Chester Regional Medical Center. A Celebration of Life Service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at First ARP at 201 E. White Street in Rock Hill, S.C. The family will receive friends following the service. A native of Chester, Mrs. Stephenson was a daughter of the late Wilmoth Ruth Austin Varnadore. She was the widow of Big Steve Stephenson and they were the owners and operators of S & H Automotive. She was an avid painter and loved to work with oil paints. Surviving are three sons, Stevie Stephenson, Mike Stephenson and David Stephenson; two sisters, Frances Tallant and Betty Ann Griffin and three grandchildren, Griffen Stephenson, Jon Meadows and Mary Karen Meadows.
