Gilead, Alma Misser, Cardington, Wilma Koon, Mt. Gilead, Shirley Bartlein, Wisconsin, Grace Knox, Columbus; 21 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Dolly Nichols, Columbus, Flossie Adkins, Florida.

Friends may call at the O.R. Woodyard Company Chapel, Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 where service will be Tuesday, 1:30 p.m. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.


Mother of Carl and Ted W Cossin. Carl was assumed to have been killed in the Korean War, so Ted went to Korea to serve. Ted was killed in action. Alta thought both her sons had been killed until she saw Carl's name on a list of P.O.W.'s on the news. Carl survived three years in prison camps in North Korea.
