Mrs Lenora Jean Adams, 38, Duncan Rt 4, died at 5:20 p.m. Sunday in a local hospital after a short illness.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Wed in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Hershell Howard minister of the Owen Prairie Church of Christ assisted by Howard Miller, minister of the Southside Church of Christ.
Mrs Adams was born Feb 16, 1937 at Bray and was a lifetime resident of Stephens County. She married Russell Adams on Oct 22, 1956. She was a member of the Owens Prairie Church of Christ and the Gleners Extentin Homemakers Club.
Suvivors include her husband, Russell; two sons, Kent and David and a daughter, Sheri, all of the home; her parents Mr and Mrs Sam Willis of Duncan, Rt 4; a brother, Eddie Willis of 111 Eastland Dr; a sister Mrs Karla Kay Sharp of Spencer, Neb; and her paternal grandfather, V M Elder of 612 N G.
Burial will be in the Resthave Memborial Gardens under direction of the Grantham Funeral Home. Bearers will be Beldon Steart, John Maxwell, Kenneth Maxwell, Billy Don Shipley, George Blackwell and Jimmy Don Maddox.
