Funeral Services for Hazel Margaret Maines, 79, of Many, LA, will be held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 beginning at 10:00 AM at Alford Heights Baptist Church in Many, LA with Rev. Marvin Leleux officiating. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Florien, LA. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17, 2015, beginning at 5:00 PM at Alford Heights Baptist Church in Many, LA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Beatrice Sevin Adams; three sisters; three brothers and one granddaughter, Shelli Bozeman.
She is survived by her husband, Trenice Maines of Many, LA; two daughters, Bonnie Bozeman and Tom Armstrong of Florien, LA and Annette Anderson and husband Kerry of Natchitoches, LA; three sons, Randy Cauthen and wife Janice of Florien, LA; Rickey Cauthen and wife Bess of Fisher, LA and Mark Maines of Florien, LA; two sisters, Verna Mae Boudian of Cut Off , LA and Elizabeth Arabie of Raceland, LA; three brothers, Adolph Adams of Lockport, LA; Leroy Adams of Raceland, LA and Stanley Adams of Lockport, LA; sixteen grandchildren; twenty eight great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
