BROTHER OF MRS. HARLEY APPLEBY DIED IN OMAHA

Mrs. Harley Appleby received word of the death of her brother, Archie Hazard, age 76 years at an Omaha hospital Monday, December 21. He was born and raised near Irvington. His wife was the former Anna Jacobsen. He had lived there till December 1966 and after their 50th wedding anniversary they moved to Benson. His wife preceded him in death about 2 ½ years ago.

Funeral services are being held today for Archie Hazard, 76-year-ol Irvington man who is known by many persons in the Blair area.

He is survived by a son, Glen, and two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Jensen and Mrs. Opal Sass and by two sisters, Mrs. Harley Appleby of Blair and Mrs. Chris Dein, of Omaha; also a brother Roy, of Portland, Oregon, 6 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services are being held at Northwest Hills United Church of Christ and interment is in Mount Hope Cemetery.
