December 19, 1934, of Knoxville, went home to be with her heavenly Father and family on Saturday, June 6, 2015.
Preceded in death by parents, Susie Clifton Dyer and Everette Clifton; sister, Joyce Lane; brother, Tommy Clifton; husband, James Golden; and son, Charles Eldridge Golden. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Terri Golden (Larry) McCubbins; son, Richard Golden; sister, Pat (Harry) Shehan; brother, Charles (Alma) Clifton; brother-in-law, Jim Lane; grandchildren, Larissa, Heather, and Dustin (Mandy); great-grandchildren, Joseph, Zachary, Aiden, Olivia, Rachel, Caroline, and Michael Marcus; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Sheri Tolliver. The family would like to extend many thanks to Ms. Golden's caregiver, Rosie Thomas, and the special employees of Norris Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Bridges Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 10:30 AM on Thursday at Sunrise Baptist Church Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment.
