She was born at Mansfield near Bridgeport, Washington to Seth and Edna Owen and moved with them in 1930 to Port Angeles, where they homesteaded at Eighth and Chambers. Mrs. Reagan was an accomplished pianist and organist who played for church services in Port Angeles for many years. In 1997, she moved to Shelton to be near her daughter.
Survivors include daughter Sandy Stenberg of Shelton, 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews. The second oldest of nine children, she is also survived by one younger brother, Robert Owen of Medford, OR.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Beaton and Walton Reagan, and brothers, Kenneth and Donald Owen, sisters Jessie Alexander, Frances Hamill, Shirley Johnson, Dorothy Owen, and Ardis Albertson.
