Robert E. "Robbie" Comins, 40, a lifelong resident of Pulaski, died of cancer Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center, Syracuse.
Mr. Comins had been employed by the town of Richland Highway Department since 1993 and was a member of Ringgold Fire Department.
Born April 30, 1965, in Fulton, son of James and Barbara Mouck Comins, he attended Pulaski High School.
He married Kathy Archibee on July 7, 1990.
Surviving besides his wife are his father and his father's companion, Jolene LaCelle, Pulaski; a sister and her husband, Sandra and Thomas E. Langer, Pulaski, nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home with the Rev. Marilyn Stevens officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell.
