BERRY Beatrice M. (Berry) Lent age 93, of Bailey Corners Road, Troy, Pa., died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 at Robert Packer Hospital. Beatrice was born March 21, 1917 in Nichols, N.Y., daughter of the late James W. and Violet (Nichols) Berry. She was married to the late Bruce P. Lent. Beatrice enjoyed being a homemaker and spending time with her family. She was an avid bowler and bowled in the Sunday couples league and later on the Thursday league. She was a member of the WABC and Troy Bowling Hall of Fame. Beatrice loved to travel and enjoyed riding through the countryside. She also had a passion for Wendy's bacon cheeseburgers and french-fries. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and Claudette Lent, Jr. of Bentley Creek, Pa.; daughter and son-in-law, Eleanor and James Wolfe of East Troy, Pa.; three sisters, Margaret and Ward Ross of Allis Hollow, Pa., Virginia Fitzgerald of Towanda, Pa., Betty and Bob Quick of Loundsbury, N.Y.; daughter-in-law, Nancy Lent of Towanda, Pa.; sister-in-law, Sandy Bennett of Fla.; six grandchildren, Bruce F. Lent, Brenda Hurley, Laurie VanDyke, Lisa Morelli, Brian and Keisha Lent and Joseph Wolfe; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Bruce P. Lent; son, Kenneth Lent on Nov. 10, 2010; and two brothers, Hudson and William Berry. Family and friends are invited to call from 11 a.m. until noon on Thursday. Feb. 10, at the Gerald W. Vickery Jr. Funeral Home Inc., 110 West Main Street, Troy, Pa. Beatrice's service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at noon with Reverend Ken Marple officiating. Interment will be in Bradford County Memorial Park, Luthers Mills, Pa.
