Janice Yvonne Williams was born May 8, 1935 to Herman Shook and Syble (Smith) Shook. Departed this life on May 1, 2015 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Gracemont, OK. She lived in Spring Creek, Anadarko, and Lawton before moving to the Midwest City area. She lived at her current residence for 24 years. She worked for 28 years as a nurse. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Syble Shook, son Robert (Bing) Blake, daughter Debra Grauitt, and brother Bobby Shook. She is survived by three daughters Beverly Wicker of Midwest City, Rhonda McIntosh (Don) of Utah, and Donna Hodges of the home, 13 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 1 great great-grandchildren, three sisters, Myrtle (Floyd) McCathern of Yukon, Kathleen Brown of Hydro and Fredia Cox of Midwest City, and one brother James Shook (Karolyn) of Gracemont, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and others in her life. She loved playing bingo, yard work, gardening, and ordering people around. She was a dedicated loving mother and grandmother.
