He is best known for his book "Il Deserto dei Tartari." Other of his works "Barnabo delle Montagne," "I Sette Messaggeri," "Il Colombre," "Un Caso Clinico," "La Famosa Invasione degli Orsi in Sicilia" and "Tre colpi alla Porta." He died in Milan.
