She was the daughter of Jabel Jackson & Elizabeth (Austin) Randall.

She married James A. Neighbager, Sep 10 1890, Henry County, Missouri.

Mrs. Lillian May Neiberger, daughter of Mrs. J. J. Randall, was born in Ashmore, Ill., Feb 17, 1863; died Dec. 20, 1904, at 8:10 a.m. She came to Clinton in 1889 and married James A. Neiberger September 10, 1890; two children, Harry and Culver, were born and survive, with the bereaved husband, mother, three sisters - Mrs. E. M. Coleman, Lucy and Beulah Randall, all of Clinton, and two brothers, Charles Randall, Clinton and R. S. Randall, Kansas City. Her father died Feb. 25, 1904 and three sisters and one brother awaited her on that beautiful shore. She had been a consistent member since girlhood. Funeral at the M. E. Church and burial in beautiful Englewood.
