Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Sunday, January 28, 2007 at the Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, IL, with the Rev. Ralph Deal officiating. No Visitation will be held. The Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home, 705 South Main Street, Tuscola, IL has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Mrs. Elkins was born on July 6, 1944 in Tuscola, IL, the loving daughter of Thaddeus J. and Louise O. Harrington Kawiecki.

She was preceded in death by her Father and Brother: Jerome Lee
Mrs. Elkins was a former day care home owner/provider, driving instructor, home health aide, and school bus driver. She always enjoyed taking care of others. She was an avid bowler
