According to indexed Parish records, Ann was christened on 28 Sept 1821 in Boddington, Northampton, England - the daughter of Thomas Budd and Charlotte Middleton. (Addition suggested by K. Nicholes 10-17-12.)
Note: The tombstone states her birth year as 1822. According to a family book brought from England, Ann was born in 1822. Apparently this is the date choosen for the tombstone.

Ann Budd was married to Henry Roland Whitmill 18 Nov 1842 in Boddington Parish, Northamptonshire, England. Henry died 11 Mar 1863 in Coventry, Warwicks, England. Ann migrated to the United States in 1863 [according to 1910 census] with her son with the same name as her husband. They went to Utah, then homesteaded in Basalt, Idaho. Her son married Luna Estella Searle who is also buried in the Basalt Cemetery. Luna and Henry's daughter, Laura Estella Whitmill and her husband, James Franklin Jensen, are also buried there.
