She married Jonathan Jones in Fairfield County; then they removed to Champaign County, then Logan County, and, about 1835, arrived in Hale Township and settled northeast of Mount Victory, on Survey 6,440. Subsequently she and Jonathan purchased land south of Mount Victory, where they resided several years. She died February 23, 1858, aged fifty-six years, and was interred at Mount Victory in the Dille Cemetery. Source information from Hardin Co. History, 1883
