Thomas L. “Larry” Bowler, 76 of Frankford, MO formerly of Export, PA passed away at 9:53 AM on Friday, February 27, 2015 at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Clover Road Christian Church in Hannibal, MO. Rev. Tim Goodman will officiate.

Private burial will be at Emmanuel Reform Church of Christ Cemetery in Export, PA.

Full Military honors will be conducted at the funeral services by Emmette J. Shields American Legion Post #55.

Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 AM until time of services at the church.

Mr. Bowler was born on March 11, 1938 in Pittsburg, PA to Lawrence W. and Alma Smith Bowler.

He was married to Louise Rugh on August 1, 1960 in Pittsburg, PA. She preceded him in death on October 27, 2011.

Also preceding Larry in death were his parents, a sister, Arlene, and 2 brothers in law, Jim and Bob Rugh.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Michelle Millikan (Willie) of Smithville, TN and Sheila Weldy (Ron) of Frankford, MO; 2 sisters, Patricia Montgomery (Dennis) and Karen Diaz (Rio) both of the state of CA; 5 grandchildren, Brandon Weldy (Jenny), Colten Weldy, Zachary Weldy (Allison), Joshua Millikan and Chelsie Millikan; 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Bowler was a retired chef. Larry served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He loved to watch the eagles and also enjoyed woodworking. He was a member of Clover Road Christian Church and enjoyed attending there and being a member of the Harvester’s Class.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
