A Mass of Christian Burial for Pfc Patrick A. Ditzler, 26, of 162 S. Main St., Biglerville, who died Saturday, June 18, 1994, in Germany, was held Monday, June 27, 1994, at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Gettysburg with Father Alfred R. Pehrsson and Father Joseph C. Hilbert as the celebrants.

Military escort was Sgt Gary J. Crawley of Fort Meade, Md. Casualty assistant officers were Sgt. Richard Dion and Sgt Myers, both of Carlisle Barracks. Pallbearers, all of Fort Ritchie, Md., were Pfc. Robert G. Morton Jr., Spc. Wayne D. Selzer, Pfc. Michael Gobert, Spc. Bradford S. Bowman, Pfc. Ricky M Homeier, Pfc. Un B Wi and Staff Sgt. Kenneth W. Reece, non-commissioned officer in charge.
