Born March 31, 1922 in Lawrence Co., he was the son of Hobert and Pearl (Baker) Webb. He married Yvonne Hamman on March 3, 1945 in Cardiff South Wales, Great Brittain and she preceded him in death on December 3, 2006.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WW II. He was employed as a service manager at Chase Chevrolet for several years and was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; brothers, William, Frederick and Vivan Webb; sisters, Barbara Baker and Margerie Warner.
Burial in the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery in Silverville.
