Peggy Toten, 78, of Bellmead, passed away Saturday, May 6, 2006, at her residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 9, at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, May 8, at the funeral home.

Peggy Louise was born in Fairy, Texas, to the late Ersie and Myrtle (Garren) Parks. She was a supervisor at R. M. Crow Co. for over 20 years until retiring. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #121.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Leora Varnell and Ruth Smith; and a brother, Cecil Parks.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra McClinton and husband, Gerald, of Bellmead; son, Robert Eugene Toten and wife, Beth, of Valley Mills; five granchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Shirley, of Odessa, Jo Olson, of Cranfills Gap, Cleo Ellingson, of Clifton; and several nieces and nephews.
