Deceased Name: Larue Gregg Eisenhower
Larue Gregg Eisenhower, age 79 of Newport passed away Friday, April 13, 2007.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arby and Stella Smith; her first husband and the father of her children, Charles Edward Gregg and her second husband, William Doe Eisenhower; infant son, Kenneth Gregg; brother, Junior Smith; sisters, Genevie Brown and Edith Bush; son-in-law, Billy Reese; lifelong friends Allene Ramsey and Francis Lewis.

She is survived by sons, Ray Gregg of Newport and Ronald Gregg of Blaine; daughter, Patricia Reese of Newport; brothers, Clyde and Buster Smith of Anderson Co. and Paul Smith of Virginia; three grandchildren, Chad and wife Christy Reese, Christy Reese and Amy Glenn and two great grandchildren, Chelsey and Bryson and life-long friend Anna Webb of Newport.

Larue will also be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family will receive friends Saturday, April 14, 2007 from 5-8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Helton officiating. A graveside service will follow at Union Cemetery in Newport.

Brown Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
