Rinda Francis Baldwin was the daughter of Dorinda T. Leonard & Andrew Bowdin Baldwin. She had a daughter (Leota) by Frank Taylor. She then married Richard Thornton "Dick" McEwen on June 26, 1893 in Nevada, MO and they had 6 children. They divorced on Oct. 14, 1911. She then married Walter Henry Wiscombe.

Obituary:
Rinda Frances Wiscombe, 75, died Sunday at Gardena, Calif., and funeral services will be held at Eslinger's in Topeka this afternoon at 2, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Wiscombe was born in Nevada, Mo., and came to Topeka at the age of 20 years, where she lived more than 50 years. Mr. and Mrs. Wiscombe operated the Holiday Hotel for a number of years until moving to California a year ago. Mr. Wiscombe died shortly after the couple moved to California.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Whitesel and Mrs. Leota Ashbrook of California; four sons, C. V. McEwen of Chicago and Clarence, Elmer, and David McEwen of Los Angeles; and three step-sons, Clarence Wiscombe of Topeka, Clyde of Overbrook and Clifford of Idaho.
