~OBITUARY OF INA MADSEN ANDERSON
MOUNT PLEASANT -- Ina Madsen ANDERSON age 88, beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt passed away February 14, 1999 in Nephi, Utah.
Ina was born August 03, 1910 to Alonzo Parley and Laura Bennett MADSEN in Mount Pleasant, Utah. She married Donald E. ANDERSON July 23, 1936 in Manti, Utah. He died May 26, 1989. After graduation from high school and LDS Seminary, Ina worked for the J. C. Penney Company for 14 years. She later worked as Mount Pleasant City Treasurer and Collector. She retired from this position after 25 years of service. A member of the LDS Church Ina served in a number of positions throughout her life. Ina was a loving person devoted to her family. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Ina is survived by her children Gary E. (Paula) of Mount Pleasant and E. Richard (Debbie) of Herriman, Utah; six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Laura WOODVINE and Cleona YOUNG; one brother, Bennett MADSEN, all of Mount Pleasant. She was preceded in death by her brother, Athol; another brother Harry, died during childhood.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday February 18, 1999 at the Ursenbach Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, Utah. Friends may call one hour prior to Services. Interment will be in the Mount Pleasant City Cemetery.
