He was born September 25, 1935 in Buckhorn, KY, of the late Monroe Spicer and Louise Victoria (Brewer) Spicer.
He was retired from Morgan Foods in Austin, IN and was a member of the Trinity Pentecosital Chapel.
Survivors include:
Wife: Mary Spicer of Seymour, Indiana; Sons: Jimmy Spicer, Salem, Indiana and Bill Spicer II, Seymour, Indiana; Daughters: Debbie Spicer, Scottsburg, Indiana and Vickie Davis, Borden, Indiana. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two Brothers, Eddie and Ira Spicer and his Sister, Lorraine Spicer.
Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, Indiana with Rev. Larry Dalton officiating with cremation following the service.
