She is survived by her husband, Gary Crooke of Sevierville; son, Stacy Crooke of Sevierville; daughter, Shana (James) Shults of Sevierville; brother, Harold Worth of Burke VA.; Caregivers, Julie and Rita.
Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Rawlings Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Lambert officiating.
Interment will be held following the service at Smoky Mtn. Memory Gardens in Pigeon Forge, TN.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 17, 2015 from noon till 2:00 P.M.at Rawlings Funeral Home.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Fox United Methodist Church 168 Fox Church Road Sevierville, TN. 37876 or to the Gideon’s Int.
