Mr. Altsman had resided the greater part of his life in McKees Rocks, removing to Harmony Junction, where he started in business 11 years ago.
Surviving are his widow, Rose Altsman; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Ford of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Raymond McMaster of Zelienople; a brother William of Perysville avenue, Northside, Pittsburgh, and a sister, Mrs. Sadie Adams of Brookline, Pittsburgh.
He was a member of the Knights of Pythias, the I. O. O, F, and the F. O. E. lodges all of McKess Rocks.
Funeral services will be held from the Ziegler Funeral home in Zelienople at 2 o'clock (D. S. T.) Tuesday afternoon with Rev. W. Lamont McMillian, pastor of the Evans City Presbyterian church officiating. Burial will be in the Uniondale cemetery in Pittsburgh.
