A congregant of St. Philip R.C. Church in Norwalk, Pat was active in numerous church and community activities and organizations until she relocated to Spokane, Wash, in 2006, to be closer to two of her three children. Pat's husband, Joseph A. Nachajski, died in October 2002. The high school sweethearts met on a roller skating date and were happily married for 55 years. The couple shared a common passion for travel and ventured extensively across the US and abroad with their 3 children, family and friends.
A loving devoted and faithful daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend, Pat Nachajski is survived by her children: Robert J. Nachajski and Carol J. Cato (Spokane WA) and Michael J. Nachajski ( Phoenix, AZ). Her sister Regina Black resides in Spring Hill, FL.
A funeral mass, led by the Rev. Michael A. Boccoccio, will be celebrated on Wednesday, Oct. 22 at 9:30 am in St. Philip R.C. Church, 1 Fr. Conlin Pl. Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. A memorial luncheon will follow services at the Mansion, 23 France St. Norwalk, on the grounds of St. Philip's Church.
